How to make a pizza pan
Ingredients
Pizza Dough Ingredients:
Hot water: 6 tablespoons
Instant yeast: half a teaspoon
Flour: 1 cup (multi-purpose)
Sugar: half a teaspoon
Salt: half a teaspoon
Olive oil: three quarters of a tablespoon
Pizza Sauce Ingredients:
Tomato: 1 cup (mashed)
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Garlic: two cloves
Mozzarella cheese: 1/4 cup (grated)
Cheddar cheese: 1/4 cup (grated)
Pepperoni: 9 slices (beef)
Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
How to prepare
To prepare the pizza dough: Mix the hot water and yeast in a bowl, and leave the mixture for a minute at room temperature until it ferments.
Put a cup of flour, sugar, salt and olive oil in a bowl, add the yeast mixture, and mix until you get a cohesive dough.
Spread a little flour on the work surface, take the dough out of the bowl, rub it with flour with your hands, then return it to the bowl.
Cover the bowl with a towel, and leave the dough at room temperature for 5 minutes until it doubles in size.
To prepare pizza sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, heat olive oil, add garlic and stir until wilted, and add tomatoes.
Stir from time to time until the mixture boils, that is, for 15 minutes, until its consistency thickens, then remove the saucepan from the heat and set the sauce aside.
Grease a frying pan with olive oil, take the dough out of the bowl, and spread the dough into the pan.
Place the pan on medium heat, and cook the pizza dough for two minutes, until the underside of the dough is golden.
Turn the dough and spread the sauce over it, and add the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and pepperoni.
Reduce the heat and put the lid on, and cook the pizza for a few minutes until the cheese melts, take the pan off the heat, cut and serve the pizza.
