Broasted Chicken For Keto Diet

 


Ingredients

- Chicken thighs: 12 pieces (without skin)
- Garlic powder: Half a teaspoon
- black pepper : teaspoon
- marjoram: teaspoon (Desiccant)
- Dried thyme: Half a teaspoon
- salt : teaspoon
- paprika: teaspoon
- mayonnaise : 2 tbsp
- mustard : 3 tablespoons
- breadcrumbs : 4 tablespoons
- eggs: 1 Piece

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, thyme, salt, black pepper, marjoram, garlic powder and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, combine the eggs, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  4. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg and mayonnaise mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Place the chicken on a mesh rack in a baking tray, bake for 40 minutes until cooked through, and serve hot.
