Broasted Chicken For Keto Diet
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs: 12 pieces (without skin)
- Garlic powder: Half a teaspoon
- black pepper : teaspoon
- marjoram: teaspoon (Desiccant)
- Dried thyme: Half a teaspoon
- salt : teaspoon
- paprika: teaspoon
- mayonnaise : 2 tbsp
- mustard : 3 tablespoons
- breadcrumbs : 4 tablespoons
- eggs: 1 Piece

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, thyme, salt, black pepper, marjoram, garlic powder and paprika.
- In another bowl, combine the eggs, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the egg and mayonnaise mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the chicken on a mesh rack in a baking tray, bake for 40 minutes until cooked through, and serve hot.
