The easiest way to make strips
Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 500 grams (Cut into longitudinal strips)
-Eggs: 2 pieces
- flour: Half a cup
- starch: 2 tbsp
- Onion powder: teaspoon
- garlic powder: teaspoon
- baking powder: Half a teaspoon
- Paprika: teaspoon
- salt : Half a teaspoon
- black pepper : Half a teaspoon
- oil: abundant (for frying)

Directions
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with flour, starch, powdered onion, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.
- Dip the chicken strips in the marinade until completely coated.
- Heat the copious oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken fillet until golden and crispy.
- Serve the strips hot with ketchup sauce, mayonnaise or any sauce you prefer.
