The easiest way to make strips

 


Ingredients

- Chicken breast: 500 grams (Cut into longitudinal strips)
-Eggs: 2 pieces
- flour: Half a cup
- starch: 2 tbsp
- Onion powder: teaspoon
- garlic powder: teaspoon
- baking powder: Half a teaspoon
- Paprika: teaspoon
- salt : Half a teaspoon
- black pepper : Half a teaspoon
- oil: abundant (for frying)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with flour, starch, powdered onion, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.
  2. Dip the chicken strips in the marinade until completely coated.
  3. Heat the copious oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the chicken fillet until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve the strips hot with ketchup sauce, mayonnaise or any sauce you prefer.
